Kristen Ulmer founded Ski to Live: Powerful Ski and Snowboard Camps based in Utah and now Jackson Hole and Sun Valley. She also offers private-hire mindset coaching for all sports and needs.
With an extensive background in Zen and movement based psychological work, as a former world class professional skier and renowned extreme athlete, Kristen combines all her experiences and shares them in events geared toward Mindset Sports Coaching. She helps you see your unconscious habitual patterns that no longer serve you, breaking you free from where you are stuck and offering immediate and lasting results.
