Kristen Ulmer founded Ski to Live:  Powerful Ski and Snowboard Camps based in Utah and now Jackson Hole. She also offers private-hire mindset coaching for all sports, for business or for your personal life.

With a background in Zen and movement based psychological work, as a former world class professional skier and renowned extreme athlete, Kristen combines all her experiences and shares them in events geared toward Mindset Sports, Business or Life Coaching. Her intention is to offer you an innovative and very intense exploration through your sub- and unconscious minds which offers immediate and lasting results.
