Kristen offer’s a profound experience to the individual or group who wants to explore a particular conflict, question, situation or their lives in general.

You pick the journey, she’ll provide the guidance. The only question is: How far down the rabbit hole are you willing to go?

Hired for explorations in love, business, sports, adventure and more, her specialty is intersecting wisdom found in the ancient traditions and physical movement by using the Big Mind and other techniques. An experience with her is very intense, powerful, fun and is always geared toward the personality, background, goals and interests of the individual or group.

Her preference is to work with individuals or intimate groups of 30 or less. Recreational or professional athletes welcome, in any sport. Telephone experiences also available.
