Ski to Live is for skiers, snowboarders and telemarkers intermediate to pro ability levels, men and women, ages 12 and up, who want to experience who they are as athletes, and as human beings, in a powerful, super fun weekend event.

Ski to Live offers unique on-hill coaching focused on the mindset and wisdom side of our sports, and evening gathering to solidify the experience. No two events are ever the same. What gets explored is unique to you and what you’re looking for.

Alta camps cost $525 and here is a sample itinerary:

Friday: 5-7:45pm Important first gathering. Light snacks provided.

Saturday and Sunday:
7:15am-8 stretching session/yoga
9:15am-10:30 ski in like groups with guides
10:30-4 ski as a whole group with Kristen where she will utilize Persona / Voice Dialog. We will all ride the lifts together but you ski with your guide on terrain suitable for your ability. Break for lunch at some point.
4:30pm-5:45 evening sessions with light snacks provided: more exploration, Q and A, and Sunday farewells.

The Jackson Hole and Alaska camps are all inclusive and have different itineraries and pricing. Write Kristen for details.

It’s been a few weeks since Big Mind, I can’t believe the difference it has made. The decision process I have used since the camp has been remarkable.
