Great athletes say sports are 90% mental. So why do trainers only focus on physical or technical tips? Mindset is considered the most important aspect to athletic and human brilliance, yet it’s the least graspable and least easy to transmit and has mostly been left alone. ‘Til now.
Come improve your skiing through mindset training.

Ski to Live is for skiers and telemarkers intermediate to pro ability levels, men and women, ages 12 and up, who want to experience who they are as athletes, and as human beings, in a powerful, super fun weekend event.
Ski to Live offers unique on-hill coaching focused on the mindset and wisdom side of our sports, and evening gathering to solidify the experience. No two events are ever the same. What gets explored is unique to you and what you’re looking for.
Alta camp costs $590 and here is a sample itinerary:
Friday: 4:30-7:45pm Important first gathering. Light snacks provided.
Saturday and Sunday:
7:15am-8 stretching session/yoga
9:15am-10:30 ski in like groups with guides
10:30-4 ski as a whole group with Kristen where she will utilize Shift Dialog. We will all ride the lifts together but you ski with your guide on terrain suitable for your ability. Break for lunch at some point.
4:30pm-5:45 evening sessions with light snacks provided: more exploration, Q and A.
5:30-6:30 Apres Ski.

It’s been a few weeks since (the camp), I can’t believe the difference it has made. The decision process I have used since the camp has been remarkable. It allows me to approach life situations with a much more open mind, thus creating more fluid and successful outcomes. I’m no longer feeling anxiety or stress around decisions.
