Skiing to Live for Cancer Survivors
March 5-7, 2010
For skiers and snowboarders, cancer survivors, friends and families at beautiful Snowbird, Utah
“I’ve worked with cancer survivors in other clinics, and have encouraged them to attend Ski to Live for years, but this is the first season we’re doing a separate clinic for these unique individuals” says Kristen.
“Cancer will not be discussed unless the individual or group decides to bring it up” she adds.
This is not a learn to ski event, it’s for anyone who considers skiing and snowboarding a part of their lives, maybe even a big part of their lives, who has had cancer effect them in some way. Ages 12 and up.
Intermediate (groomed runs only) to Advanced (can ski whole mountain) to Pro level skiers welcome.
Cost is $300. Partial scholarships available.
Go beyond cancer
Go beyond the skiing
