To get you registered, there are two steps: Please answer the following questionnaire, send it, and then pay (details below). Once you pay and have filled out this questionnaire, you are officially registered:

Please pay the full amount of your clinic (Ski to Live in Utah $510 or Specialty Ski to Live $300). Price includes the camp and coaching only. Amenities are on your own. Discount lift tickets available. Lodging suggestions also available upon request.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund available until one month prior. After that time full tuition can be used for any future event.
